The OI Ambassador (Esthetician) will achieve retail sales and elevate brand awareness primarily through an elevated spa and client experience and exceptional clienteling and servicing.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESElevate Customer Experience through Facials & ClientelingHost spa with facial, animate workshop with clients, and virtual one-on-one consultationsPrepare for events by participating in store rallies while showcasing newness Cultivating loyal, lapsed and new clientsContribute to achieving store goalsAssisting and prepping for VIP Events in store, including presell and booking appointmentsAlways maintain clean and luxe spa kits including linensOrganizing seasonal car stock for storesEmbody Guerlain & LuxuryEmbody and communicate Guerlain’s savoir-faire, heritage, and values.Ensure image grooming guidelines are followedBe an expert; enable a client-oriented mindset and promote the vision of luxury and modernity.Serve as an extension to training team in down time to ensure store staff on expert facialist techniques and promote Guerlain through skincare expertise.Cultivate Relationships & Lead by ExampleMaintain relationships with all retail partners including but not limited to Account Executives, Department Managers, and Store Managers.Motivate Guerlain and retailer teams and lead by exampleEnsure that all communications with customers are courteous, cordial, and professionalMakes every client interaction a personal and luxurious experienceAdd value with Account Executive to all retail planning meetingsStrategize new ideas with Account Executives for individual marketsPartner with Education team to provide new and ongoing product training to in store staff, including new programs, suggestive selling techniques and client registration programsCommunicationPromote Bee App; create awareness and user engagementShare best practices with fellow Ambassadors and Education Team through WhatsAppWeekly zoom meetings with Education & Sales TeamResponsible for submitting T&E in a timely manner on a monthly basisConduct all other job-related activities.
